Liquid Pearls is a versatile, waterproof, pearlescent paint that instantly adds dimension and shimmer to all your projects. It is great for embellishing cards and scrapbook pages and can also be used on fabric. It comes in 18 ml (0.5 fl. oz.) plastic bottles with a fine point applicator tip. Easy to apply; please allow 2-3 hours to dry.

This is one of my personal favourite products. The liquid pearls are fantastic for resembling snow or stars on Christmas and Winter cards and will add interest to any craft project.
