Glossy Accents is a 3-dimensional, water-based clear gloss medium that also works as a glue. It can be used on cardstock, metal, plastic, glass and wood. It dries to a hard, clear finish, thus not changing the colours it has been applied over.
Drying time will vary depending on the thickness applied; about 30 minutes for small and shallow areas, several hours or overnight for large or deeply filled areas.
