FAQs - Frequently Asked Questions

These FAQs will be updated on a regular basis. If you can't find an answer to your question on this page, please do not hesitate to contact us via e-mail. We're here to help!

I have a discount code, but I'm not sure how to apply it to my order.
Once you have finished putting your cart together and clicked the check out button, a summary of your cart will be displayed:

Underneath the products you will see a voucher box.
If you cannot see the voucher box, please scroll down to FAQ 2 below.
Below the box special offers, as well as any personal vouchers will be displayed.
Personal vouchers are also listed in the section My Account - My Vouchers.
NOTE: Exclusive discounts granted for partcipating in certain events or classes will not be visible here. 
You will need to type in the correct code you have been informed of.

When hoovering over the code, it will be highlighted. Simply click the voucher code to add it to the box, then click ok. 

ThThThe voucher will then be added as an item to the cart and the discount applied will be displayed.

Voucher Box not being displayed on the page?

Should the voucher box not be displayed on the page, please do a site refresh; simultaneously press down the keys Ctrl and F5 (on a Windows based computer).

If the voucher box is still not being displayed, please try clearing your browser history (cache). This site has step by step instructions for how to do this for the most common browsers.

One can also try accessing the site with a different browser or from a different device.
Orders can be placed from tablets and mobile phones.

At checkout I'm getting the error message:

"There are no carriers available that deliver to this address".

This is likely because the content of your cart weighs more than 2kg. The system is only configured to calculate shipping costs for orders up to 2kg. Heavier orders can still be processed; please e-mail us for a shipping quote.

At checkout I'm getting the error message:

"No payment modules have been installed".
This is most likely because the Payment settings for your country has not been set/ are restricted. Please send us an e-mail, so that we can verify the system settings.

"I'm trying to register for an account, but my country is not listed in the country drop down menu."

If your country is not listed, we do unfortunately not ship to your location. This will hopefully change in the near future as we set about expanding our mailing capacity to include further countries.

 
"I'd like to order a product, but I'm getting an error message stating that I need to order at least quantity (x)."
Apologies for the inconvenience; this is a data entry error. Please send us an e-mail and let us know which product it is that is generating the error, so that we can correct it as soon as possible.


"The Live & Love Crafts website looks funny in my browser - why is that?

The Live & Love Crafts' website has been optimized for the Mozilla Firefox web browser. The site has also been proven to work well with Google Chrome, Safari and Opera, however unfortunately -just like many other websites- there are some compatibility issues with Internet Explorer. We recommend that you use another browser when visiting our site.
