I have a discount code, but I'm unable to apply it to my order.
Please click the cart button rather than the check out button to review your cart.
On the cart page, you will be able to add the discount code to your cart:

Simply click the voucher name in pink, and then click the add button.

PLEASE NOTE: If the voucher code is not a personal one, but one that can be used for all customers you might have to refresh the page and/or clear your cache in order for it to be displayed on the page.

At checkout I'm getting the error message:
"There are no carriers available that deliver to this address".
We are currently investigating the root to this problem; there seems to be a bug in the software, preventing some users from completing the check out process. Please send us an e-mail and we'll try to help in the meantime.

At checkout I'm getting the error message:
"No payment modules have been installed".
This is most likely because the Payment settings for your country has not been set/ are restricted. Please send us an e-mail, so that we can verify the system settings.

"I'm trying to register for an account, but my country is not listed in the country drop down menu."

If your country is not listed, we do unfortunately not ship to your location. This will hopefully change in the near future as we set about expanding our mailing capacity to include further countries.

"I'd like to order a product, but I'm getting an error message stating that I need to order at least quantity (x)."
Apologies for the inconvenience; this is a data entry error. Please send us an e-mail and let us know which product it is that is generating the error, so that we can correct it as soon as possible.

"Your website looks funny in my browser - why is that?"

The Live & Love Crafts' website has been optimized for the Mozilla Firefox web browser. The site has also been proven to work well with Google Chrome, Safari and Opera, however unfortunately -just like many other websites- there are some compatibility issues with Internet Explorer. We recommend that you use another browser when visiting our site.
