Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using this web site. By accessing, browsing and purchasing from this site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to comply with the terms and conditions stated below. If you do not agree to all of these terms, please do not continue using this web site.
Changes to these terms and conditions
Live & Love Crafts reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time without notice and at our discretion. It is your responsibility to periodically review this page for updates to these terms and conditions, which shall come into effect once posted. You will be asked to read and accept the terms and conditions each time you place an order, to ensure that you are familiar with the most current ones.
By placing an order though our site, you warrant that:
Your offer to purchase goods
By completing and submitting an electronic order form on our website, you are making an offer to purchase goods which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract. Please note orders will only be dispatched once we have authorization from your payment card issuer. We will not be liable if there is a delay, and we will not accept your order if payment is not authorized.
Acceptance of your offer and formation of our contract
After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order. Please note that this e-mail will only be an acknowledgement of your order and does not constitute our acceptance of your order. All orders are subject to acceptance by us and we will confirm acceptance to you by sending you an e-mail that confirms that the goods have been dispatched (the Dispatch Confirmation). The contract between us will only be formed when we send you the Dispatch Confirmation.
Rejection of your offer
We are not obliged to accept your order if for example:
We reserve the right to refuse any order.
If for whatever reason we are unable to accept your order, we shall endeavour to notify you of this promptly and shall provide a full refund of any prepayments made.
Live & Love Crafts' website does not allow placing orders for items out of stock. In the unlikely event that an error would occur and an item you have purchased would be out of stock, we will contact you prior to dispatch of your order. You will be given the option of either cancelling that item or swapping it for a similar in stock item.
Cancelling an order before dispatch
If you change your mind after placing an order, you can cancel it at any time before we dispatch it. Please contact us as soon as possible by sending us an e-mail, quoting your order number. Any prepayment which you have made will be refunded to you in full.
Cancelling an order after receipt of goods
Live & Love Crafts wants to ensure your complete satisfaction with the goods you ordered from us. In accordance with the Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations 2000 (DSRs), you have the right to cancel your order with us, provided you give us written notice within 7 working days beginning with the day after the day on which the goods were delivered. Should you wish to cancel your order, please send us an e-mail, quoting your order number. For orders cancelled under the DSRs, we will issue you with a full refund including the delivery cost. Refunds will be issued as soon as possible and in any case within 30 days of us receiving your cancellation notice. However; you will need to return the goods to us at your own expense. Please also note that you are under a statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods whilst they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation.
Once we have received your written notification of your intention to return the goods, we will contact you with instructions on how to proceed with your return. The goods must be returned to us complete, unused and in the same condition as delivered. Returns should be made as soon as possible and the goods should be in the original packaging where possible. We recommend that you retain proof of postage. All refunds will be credited back to the credit/debit card/Paypal account used to make the original purchase.
Faulty or incorrectly supplied goods
In the case of any of the items delivered being defect as the result of a manufacturing fault, please notify us as soon as possible by e-mailing us a picture of the defect item. Upon receipt we will determine whether the item should be returned to us and we will in that case reimburse you for the returns costs. Subject to stock availability, we will send you a replacement. Should the item no longer be available we will issue a full refund or a credit note, according to your preference.
We will use our best endeavours to supply you with the goods you have ordered from us. In the unfortunate event we would have sent you the wrong item by mistake, please notify us by e-mail within 48 hours upon receipt of goods. We will supply you with the correct item ordered by you once the incorrect item has been returned to us. We will reimburse you for the returns costs. Should the item no longer be available we will issue a full refund or a credit note, according to your preference.
Goods damaged in transit
Whilst we take every care to ensure your goods are packaged securely and protected whilst in transit, occasionally damage, for which we cannot be held responsible, may still occur. In the unfortunate event your goods were damaged in transit, please take an immediate photograph, retain all packaging and send us an e-mail with as much information as possible, within 48 hours upon receipt of goods. Upon receipt we will determine whether the item should be returned to us and we will in that case reimburse you for the returns costs. Subject to stock availability, we will send you a replacement. Should the item no longer be available we will issue a full refund or a credit note, according to your preference.
Goods lost in transit
Should your order not have arrived within 15 working days of the expected delivery date, the item is considered lost by Royal Mail. We will then raise a compensation claim with them and either a) send you a replacement, b) refund your payment, or c) issue a credit note.
Errors made by us
Whilst every effort is made to ensure that all information on this site is accurate and up to date, regrettably errors occasionally occur. We will correct all errors as soon as possible and should we discover an error affecting an item you have placed an order for, we will inform you prior to dispatch of your order. You will then have the option of either;
If we are unable to make contact with you in relation to the above two options within 7 working days after having received your order, your complete order will be cancelled. Any prepayment which you have made will be refunded to you in full.
Errors made by you
Information that you provide to us by using this website must be accurate and complete. Errors in your offer should be corrected prior to the conclusion of our contract. You can correct such error:
Prices and payment
We regret that we cannot accept overseas currencies. All payments must be made in UK Pounds Sterling (£). Prices throughout the website are quoted in Pounds and are inclusive of the standard UK Sales Tax, 20% VAT. International customers can obtain up to date currency conversions at; www.xe.com.
In addition to the price of goods, delivery charges may be payable by you. The applicable delivery charges will be shown on the order form section of our website at the time you place your order.
Registered users from non- EU countries will upon log in be able to view prices exclusive of VAT. This is because orders placed by customers residing in a non EU country will be zero rated, i.e. we will not charge any VAT. Please note however that you are responsible for any customs charges and/or taxes incurred when receiving your order.
When completing your purchase, you are transferred via a secure SSL encryption connection to PayPal's secure server. Please note that you do not need to have PayPal account to make a purchase.

The following is a list of countries that Live & Love Crafts ship to. If your country is not listed, we do not currently offer service to your location for a variety of factors. We do apologize for the inconvenience; please rest assured that we are considering expanding our mailing capacity to include further countries.

Colour, Size and Weight Variations
Live & Love Crafts has made every effort to describe and display the colours and details of our products shown on our website as accurately as possible. However, the colours, dimensions and details you see on your computer monitor will vary depending on your monitor’s calibration. Furthermore; colours and graphics may vary slightly due to changes made by the manufacturers. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that products being delivered to you being exactly as pictured on the website. Please also note that the colours displayed in the various colour pickers are for illustrative purposes only and do not necessarily represent an exact colour match to the actual product colour. Sizes, measurements and shipping weights of all products are approximate only.
We use high quality corrugated cardboard boxes that are large enough to accommodate the scrapbooking papers without having to fold them or roll them up. For smaller items we use padded jiffy bags. For us it’s key that your goods are well protected during transport and we take every care with the packaging, to ensure you receive your goods in excellent condition. Additionally, the papers, as well as the other items are always packed in fresh grip seal or cello bags.
Dispatch and delay
Live & Love Crafts’ hours of business are Monday to Friday, 9 am until 4 pm, with the exception of UK Public Holidays (which will be announced on the store website). We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 3 pm the same day. Orders received after 3 pm will be treated as having been received the following business day. During busy times orders may take longer to dispatch; should this be the case, we will notify you by e-mail. Please note that no orders are dispatched on Saturdays and Sundays.
Carrier and VAT
All orders will be shipped using Royal Mail, the UK’s national carrier. The Royal Mail services we use, i.e. Royal Mail First Class postage for UK orders and Royal Mail Airmail for international orders are exempt from VAT, and consequently we will not charge VAT on shipping.
Parcels sent via Royal Mail First Class are usually delivered the next working day, including Saturdays in the UK. Royal Mail’s delivery aims are 3-5 working days after posting for destinations in Europe and 5-7 working days to the rest of the world.
Royal Mail’s postage charges are based on both weight and size. As the 12 x 12" scrapbooking papers exceed the dimensions for large letters, they need to be sent as small packets. We’ve tried to offset this increased cost by offering a flat rate for UK based customers; no matter how much your order weighs, you’ll only pay £2.99 and if your order value exceeds £60, the shipping is FREE of charge.
Delivery charges for international orders
The shipping rates for international orders are calculated according to weight. All of the products Live & Love Crafts is selling have a shipping weight defined, which is specified under the "More Info" tab on the product page. Please note that this is an average weight and it may vary slightly from unit to unit. To account for the packaging material, 125g is added to each order.
International orders are sent via Royal Mail Airmail and the shipping charges vary according to which zone the country is in. To find out which zone your country belongs to, please refer to Royal Mail's Airmail Zones. All overseas orders are sent via Royal Mail International Signed For and have a tracking number. The cost for this service is £5.15, which is included in the prices in the table below:

Should you wish to place an order for items weighing over 2 kg (4.4 pounds), please e-mail us for a shipping quote prior to placing an order. We will then research the most cost effective way to ship you the goods.
Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and any dispute arising from these Terms and Conditions or your use of the website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
